Delivery Timeframe
All orders placed on aethicz.in will be delivered within a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 12 days from the date of shipment.

For Replacement Orders:
Replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of confirmation.
Shipment Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed after 5 PM IST are processed on the next business day
- No processing or dispatching on Sundays or public holidays
- In case of high order volume, processing may take longer. We will notify you of any delays by email or phone

Return to Origin (RTO)
If the delivery fails and the order is returned to us:

- If cancelled post-RTO, a refund will be issued (excluding shipping fees)
